We are not good at Holiday item ideas.
Quotes taken from our Suggestion Box opening, reading and discussing ritual:

"Well, I do not even know what that would look like. Do you?"
"No...."

"Dear, not everyone thinks orange is as special as you do."

"Christmas lights have already been invented."

"No. Just No."

"And how would that work?"
"Well, the water makes the bell hit the balloon and then-"
"We would have to make twenty of these?"
"Yes, but just for the-"
"Next Suggestion."

"GREFTIFWSSYWGDGXHAKXS!"

"300 hundred pages?"
"Yes."
"I think we should use less trees. Thanks for trying."

Making hats is hard.

Selling hats is hard.

Figuring out how to set up a display for hats in the pouring rain when the intern who was Supposed to bring the big tent doesn’t show, is hard.

next time: preshrunk hats.

Bonus!: typing when your A key wants to be on vacation is hard.

Grrr.

So we tried to think of a new way to make hats, and we thought of something!!

Unfortunately, some of us where also experimenting with the use of egg cups as regular cups*, and someone, who shall remain nameless, spilled grape soda on The Amazing New Hat Plan, which happened to be writen in a purple ink bearing a rather striking resemblance to grape soda, and the plans where lost.

I do hate those egg cups.

*Whether or not they where really slaking remains to be seen.

Ugh.

For the 4th of july we made headbands (purple for some reason..), But there was a light sunshower, and the yarn dissolved. All the interns insist they had nothing to do with the purchasing of the yarn. I know I wrote their names down somewhere, but my desk is very, very messy.

On a brighter note, we made $5.
Which we then had to put towards bus tickets when our car was stolen.

But Do Not Worry Kyras! You shall have your Stolen Granola!!!

Wooonnnderful

Apparently, the price of 21 eggcups is also the price of table rental at some fairs.
Great.

Workworkworkworkworkworkworkworkvolunteerwooorrrrkkkworkwwwoorrrkk!

I have much to do, with photographers to find, desicions to be made, and that fundraser that got rained on yesterday. The potholders are no longer selling well, we will have to start making more egg cups. Perhaps I shall get some SG4K buttons made for long time supporters?
